Vertical planetary ball mill

Vertical planetary ball mill is an indispensable device for mixing, fine grinding, sample preparation, nano-material dispersion, new product development and small batch production of high-tech materials. The product is small in size, full-featured, high-efficiency, and low-noise. It is an ideal device for scientific research institutions, universities, and corporate
laboratories to obtain microparticle research samples (four samples can be obtained simultaneously for each experiment). Equipped with a vacuum ball milling tank, the sample can be ground under vacuum. It is widely used in geology, minerals, metallurgy, electronics, building materials, ceramics, chemicals, light industry, medicine, beauty, environmental protection and other departments. The rotation speed, the alternating time of forward and reverse rotation, and the total grinding time can be set according to the process requirements.

The vertical planetary ball mill is equipped with four ball milling pots on the same turntable. When the turntable rotates, the ball milling pot revolves around the axis of the turntable while rotating around its own axis, making planetary motion.The grinding balls in the tank collide with each other in high-speed motion, grinding and mixing samples. The product can be used to grind and mix products with different particle sizes and materials using dry and wet methods. The smallest particle size of the ground product can be as small as 0.1 microns (ie 1.0×10mm-4).
